What the service is
PawLabel aggregates official open data about animal health — veterinary medicine registers, food-composition tables, recall feeds, residue limits, resistance surveillance, and educational reference pages — into a searchable reference with source links.
Not veterinary advice
Nothing on PawLabel is veterinary advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment or dosing recommendation. Reference pages are informational only. Decisions about a specific animal — especially about medicines, doses and suspected poisoning — belong with a licensed veterinarian. In an emergency, contact a veterinarian or an animal poison-control center immediately.
Accuracy and completeness
Records are reproduced from their official sources as published, but sources are updated, corrected and superseded over time and our copies can lag. PawLabel makes no warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. For any consequential decision, verify against the original register — every record links its source.
Acceptable use
You may read, link to and cite PawLabel pages. You may not misrepresent PawLabel content as veterinary advice, remove source attributions, or resell our reference pages as your own dataset. Programmatic access is provided by the documented Data API under its own plans and terms (see the API access page at /api-access); please do not scrape the site instead.
Source licenses & attribution
Product listings from Open Pet Food Facts are used under the Open Database License (ODbL) and are marked as such where shown; that data lives in a separate open layer, and derived listings remain subject to ODbL attribution.
Government data — including USDA FoodData Central, FDA enforcement reports, national veterinary-medicine registers, national food-composition tables, US CFR tolerances and EU Regulation 37/2010 MRLs — is used under each publisher’s open-data terms, with per-record source attribution.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”, free of charge, and to the maximum extent permitted by law PawLabel is not liable for damages arising from its use. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
PawLabel is operated by an autónomo (self-employed sole proprietor) established in Spain. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any dispute arising under or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canary Islands, Spain. If you use PawLabel as a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence still applies.
